Bonus Ring Girl of the Month - Sally Morris
If you've attended any event in Wales over the last 18 months then there is a good chance you've seen Sally work her magic inside the cage. Whether it be Valley of Kings, Samurai Fight Night, Pain Pit, Adrenalin Fight Night or Merthyr Mayhem she's the done them all, this girl is in serious demand!
So we thought we'd best catch up with Sally and find out what makes her tick!

AddictedMMA: Thanks for taking the time to talk with us. How does it feel to be AddictedMMA's Bonus Ring Girl of the Month?
Sally: A - Mazing!! I love MMA and I hope that MMA and AddictedMMA love me too!
AddictedMMA: Demand from the Addicts to have you featured has been high! You must be pretty chuffed about that? We might have to start featuring you a lot more!
Sally: I am really flattered that your fans like me and want to see more of Miss Morris!
Ring Girl work has really taken off for me and I love nothing more than putting on a great show and meeting all the MMA fans. Every event I do the atmosphere is always awesome and the crowds are always so friendly and want to meet me.
So if more of me is what you want, more of me is what you'll get!

AddictedMMA: So how did you get into ring-girling then?
Sally: I started modelling about six years ago and got into the glamour industry, where I have been lucky enough to have been featured in lads mags such as FHM, Nuts & Zoo. I am also a Daily Sport/ Sunday Sport Girl in which I am regularly featured, so due to being in this industry I first got Ring Girl work with Calzaghe promotions. That was an awesome experience working along side Joe & Enzo Calzaghe!
I first got in to MMA Ring Girl work with the mighty Valley of Kings where they have made me their main Ring Girl which has continued going forward. I am now in much demand, and am lucky enough to have built up some amazing relationships with different MMA event teams, and work most the MMA & Boxing Events including Frank Warren promotions across Wales.
Some of the best MMA events in Wales are Valley of Kings, Pain Pit, Samurai Fight Night, Adrenalin Fight Night & Merthyr Mayhem I am proud to be constant Ring Girl for them.
AddictedMMA: Let's talk MMA for a bit, on a scale of One - Ten how big of a MMA fan are you?
Sally: Uhhhhh come on 10!!!!! Haha!!
AddictedMMA: Who is your favourite fighter and why?
Sally: Right now it's got to be Georges St. Pierre (UFC Welterweight Champ) or Anderson Silva (UFC Middleweight Champ).
St. Pierre because he is awesome on the ground and is extremely dangerous for any opponent once he gets them there. His Submissions are class also.
And Silva, well he is totally different to St. Pierre. He likes to stand up and fight but is equally as dangerous on the ground making him an awesome all-rounder!
As for a Fighter I know it has to be local boy Kris 'Dez' Edwards who just won did debut fight on Cage Warriors! He is extremely dedicated to his fighting and training. He works so hard to get everything he has achieved so far! He is going to be the next big thing! Look out UFC, he could be the first Welsh fighter in the UFC.
AddictedMMA: What's your favourite MMA fight that you've ever watched?
Sally: All of them haha! The more blood the better. In my time as a ring girl I have seen some nasty endings from fighters being chocked out unconscious to arm bars with popped shoulders and elbows, and badly broken arms.
No Pain No Gain right???!!!
AddictedMMA: You're a proud Welsh lass, so how pleased are you that MMA has exploded in Wales over the last couple of years? There seems to be a different show on every other week somewhere in the country!!
Sally: You're telling me, I have never been so busy haha! Extremely proud, I think MMA has massively kicked off in Wales over the last two years. I think there is still that strong divide with MMA and Boxing followers, but more people are starting to understand the sport and appreciate what MMA is about.
Who could not love watching two men brutally beat each other up in a cage.....? We all love a blood bath! (Laughs)
AddictedMMA: Are there any up and coming Welsh fighters that we need to keep an eye on for the future?
Sally: Kris Edwards is definitely one to watch. And also Jack Marshman, both are doing really well currently and will only get better and stronger! Come on the welsh lads!
AddictedMMA: So are you a lover or a fighter then? When was the last time (if ever) you were involved in a scrap?
Sally: Haha I am half Italian and I do have my feisty fiery side, but I am defiantly a lover awww!
I have actually never had a scrap but I am not shy of getting my gloves on and having a good sparring session, Miss Morris has a mean left hook ;)
AddictedMMA: Most fighters have nicknames. If you HAD to have an MMA nickname, what would it be and why?
Sally: "The Knock-Out" or "The Barbie Annihilator" haha!!
Knock-Outs is the name that I came up with for the VOK Ring Girls, and we are always known as the Knock-Outs on VOK shows.
AddictedMMA: So apart from being a Ring Girl and looking hot what do you do like to do in your spare time and get away from it all?
Sally: I have two horses which I love to bits, there is nothing more relaxing that taking my horse out on a ride... plus its keeps my bum nice and toned ha!
I love spending time with my mates and I live for my weekends, so when I'm not Ring Girling an MMA event I love nothing more than going out with my girls and shaking my booootay ha!
AddictedMMA: As you're a gorgeous woman yourself who would you rate as the hottest female on the planet right now?
Sally: Apart from my sexy mother?? I have a major girl crush on Adriana Lima (Victoria Secrets Model) she in unreal! She also does MMA in her spare time what a woman eh!
AddictedMMA: Do you have any final messages for the Addicts reading this?
