Harry McLeman & Wojciech Jamrozik to Clash at Staydown FC VIII

A superb middleweight bout has been confirmed for Staydown FC VIII that will see the undefeated Harry McLeman (pic.) face Wojciech Jamrozik in a professional bout.

26 year old McLeman who trains out of Macmillan Martial Arts Academy in Plymouth has shot up the rankings with his latest win at UIC 9 last month. McLeman defeated the hard hitting Sam Mensah via a first round rear-naked choke. That win saw McLeman enter the YOUR MMA rankings at number 28 this month. Prior to the win over Mensah McLeman defeated Matt Gray at Staydown FC VII last November, also via a first round rear-naked choke.

McLeman had this to say ahead of the bout;

"At Staydown on March 30th I want to show everyone that I deserve to be ranked amongst the top 30 middleweights in the UK. There is going to be a lot more coming from me in 2013, this is just the beginning."

30 year old Jamrozik will be making the long trip to Cornwall to take on the highly touted McLeman in a confident mood. Having won his last bout via guillotine choke after an extended lay-off the Spiked MMA trained fighter will be back in the cage for the first time since October 2010.
